Information handling
Privacy policy
Effective 2 November 2026 · Aurora Hub
1. Contact and scope
For questions or privacy requests related to Aurora Hub, contact richard.rich2818@gmail.com. Aurora integrates with third-party services only when configured by its operator.
2. Google user data accessed
With the connected account holder's explicit Google OAuth consent, Aurora may access relevant Gmail messages, headers, addresses, timestamps, message text and other message metadata using Gmail read-only permission. With a separately granted Gmail send permission, Aurora may transmit owner-authorised messages on behalf of the account holder. Aurora does not request the user's Gmail password.
3. Purposes of use
Google data is processed for operator-requested tasks such as email reading, information organisation, drafting, approved sending, fault diagnosis and relevant audit records. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising or ad targeting.
4. Storage and security
OAuth credentials are held in encrypted form on privately managed systems. The system may retain records needed for authorised functionality, security analysis, troubleshooting and approval or execution auditing. Access to these systems is controlled by the operator.
5. Service providers and transfers
Additional service integrations, including AI processing services, may be used only when configured and permitted for the applicable workflow. The operator is responsible for checking external data transfers and applicable Google API data-use restrictions before enabling such features. This website does not expose private Google data.
6. Retention, revocation and deletion
Information is retained as necessary for enabled features and operational audit requirements; backup or compliance records may remain for a limited additional period. Users can revoke OAuth grants from their Google Account permissions and contact the address above to request review or deletion of stored information.
7. Google API Limited Use
Aurora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not intended to be used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
8. Changes
These disclosures will be updated if Aurora's permissions, integrations or data handling materially change. The current policy is available at this page.
